Tudor was founded in Geneva in 1926 as a sister brand to Rolex, built to offer Swiss-made professional tool watches at a more accessible price point. The Pelagos is Tudor’s most serious diving instrument — developed with genuine professional credentials and a titanium case that makes it both lighter and stronger than its steel peers. The LHD, or Left Hand Drive, is its most unconventional expression: a fully mirrored version of the Pelagos with the crown repositioned to nine o’clock, drawing a direct line to a rare left-handed Tudor Submariner produced for the French Navy in 1981. Each piece carries a unique individual production number engraved on the caseback.

Reference M25610TNL-0001 is a 42 mm titanium automatic diver’s watch, 14.45 mm in thickness, with a satin-finished case and a screw-down crown at nine o’clock bearing the Tudor logo in relief. The black dial features the “Pelagos” designation printed in red — a distinctive detail unique to the LHD — alongside beige-toned LumiBrite on the hands and snowflake hour markers, and an alternating red and black date wheel in which even-numbered days appear in red and odd-numbered days in black. A helium escape valve sits at three o’clock. At its heart beats the Tudor Manufacture Calibre MT5612-LHD, a COSC-certified automatic movement mirrored specifically for left-hand crown positioning, with a 70-hour power reserve. The domed sapphire crystal sits above a solid caseback. The unidirectional rotating bezel carries a matte black ceramic insert. Water resistance is rated to 500 metres. The watch is fitted on a titanium bracelet with Tudor’s patented extension system and a steel folding clasp with safety catch, and includes an additional black rubber strap.
