The Marina Militare (Italian Navy) is a legendary unit that is a crucial part of the Italian armed forces. Squale’s connection with the Marina Militare goes back to the 1980s when they were awarded a contract to become the official watch supplier to the La Spezia Scuba Diving Corp - the Italian Divers and Raiders Command. For this purpose, unique Squale watches were designed and crafted according to the specific requests of the Navy itself.

This modern Limited Edition Squale Master Marina Militare is made of 316L stainless steel and is entirely satin-brushed. It has a diameter of 42mm, a height of 17mm, and a lug-to-lug of merely 49mm. For this important edition, it was decided to revive the historic Squale “Master” case. This model was one of the first cases made by Charles Von Büren in the 1960s.
