Reference 226570 is a 42 mm Oystersteel automatic watch, 12 mm in thickness, with a brushed and polished Oyster case and a Triplock screw-down crown protected by integrated crown guards. The white lacquered "Polar" dial carries applied black-rimmed hour markers and blackened hands filled with blue-emitting Chromalight luminescence, with a date window at three o'clock beneath a Cyclops lens. The central orange 24-hour hand completes a single revolution per day, pointing to the fixed engraved and black-filled 24-hour bezel scale for instant AM/PM or second time zone reading. At its heart beats the Rolex Calibre 3285, certified as a Superlative Chronometer to ±2 seconds per day after casing, with a blue Parachrom hairspring, Chronergy escapement and a 70-hour power reserve.
