Founded in Hölstein, Switzerland in 1904, Oris has remained fully independent throughout its history — a genuine rarity in the modern watch industry. The brand built its identity on mechanical watches that deliver serious specifications without the premium pricing of the grandes maisons, and the TT1 Divers collection is one of the most enduring expressions of that philosophy. Originally developed in close connection with the Williams Formula 1 team, the TT1 case architecture — with its distinctive multi-piece construction and integrated bezel design — became the foundation for Oris's entire sports diver range and laid the groundwork for the current Aquis collection.

Reference 01 733 7533 8454-07 8 24 01PEB is a 44 mm stainless steel automatic diver's watch, with a multi-piece case construction and a minutes scale top ring integrated into the case architecture. The black dial carries applied luminescent hour markers and matching hands for clear underwater readability, with a date window between four and five o'clock. At its heart beats the Oris Calibre 733, based on the Sellita SW200-1, running at 28,800 vph with a 38-hour power reserve. The domed sapphire crystal sits above a see-through mineral glass caseback. The unidirectional rotating bezel is fitted with a stainless steel insert. Water resistance is rated to 300 metres. The watch is fitted on a stainless steel bracelet with a security folding clasp with extension.

This example dates from August 2007 and has been very well maintained: a full service was carried out in November 2023 by the official Oris service centre in the Netherlands (Nieuwendaal), followed by a complete case matte refinish in September 2024 and a further service and repair in January 2025, both also by Nieuwendaal. This Oris TT1 Divers Date is in very good condition and comes as a full set.
