Founded in 1892 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Hamilton is known for its strong American heritage and Swiss-made mechanical watchmaking. The Intra-Matic collection reflects the brand’s vintage-inspired chronographs, combining classic 1960s design with modern mechanical performance.

The Hamilton Intra-Matic Chronograph, reference H38429730, is a retro-inspired chronograph distinguished by its classic panda-style dial layout. The watch features a 40 mm stainless steel case paired with a black dial and contrasting white subdials. Applied hour markers, luminous hands, and the balanced bicompax layout ensure excellent legibility. Powered by the Hamilton caliber H-31 automatic movement, based on the Valjoux 7753 architecture, it offers a power reserve of approximately 60 hours, a frequency of 28,800 vph, and functions including chronograph and date. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating protects the dial, while the smooth fixed bezel maintains its vintage chronograph profile. Water resistance is rated at 100 meters. The watch is fitted on a stainless steel mesh bracelet with a folding clasp and includes also the original Hamilton leather strap.
