The silvered satin-brushed dial carries a subtle sunray effect and is laid out in Cartier's classical language: bold black Roman numerals, a chemin-de-fer railway track minute scale along the inner rim and sword-shaped hands in blued steel. The beaded crown is set with a blue synthetic cabochon-shaped spinel. The high-autonomy quartz movement delivers approximately six years of battery life without intervention. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal sits above a solid caseback. The fixed brushed stainless steel bezel frames the rectangular case cleanly. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
