Reference 5907BA is a 34.5 mm 18k yellow gold manual-winding dress watch, just 7.5 mm in thickness, with a coin-edged case and a fixed yellow gold bezel. The silvered guilloché dial is engine-turned at Breguet's own workshop — each dial unique, its concentric and radial patterns catching light differently at every angle — with black Roman numerals, a small seconds subdial at six o'clock and blued Breguet-style hands with off-centre moon tips. The sapphire crystal sits above an exhibition caseback revealing the Breguet Calibre 511 DR, a hand-wound movement with a 96-hour power reserve indicator visible on the movement itself. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres. The watch is presented on a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold tang buckle.
