Founded in Le Locle, Switzerland in 1889, Doxa built its early reputation on precision pocket watches before pivoting — decisively and permanently — to the world of professional dive watches. In 1967, the brand introduced the SUB 300, a tool diver developed in close collaboration with Jacques-Yves Cousteau that would go on to define what a serious diving instrument could look like. 

Reference 796.10.201.10, the Sub 200 Caribbean, is a 42 mm stainless steel three-hand diver's watch that wears the brand's underwater heritage lightly but proudly. The round 316L stainless steel case measures 13.8 mm in thickness and features a screw-down crown and screw-in caseback for solid water resistance. The blue dial is nicely structured for legibility: applied rectangular hour markers carry Super-LumiNova alongside matching luminescent hands, with a clean date window at three o'clock and restrained dial text in Doxa's vintage-inspired typeface. At its heart beats a Swiss automatic movement running at 28,800 vph with a 38-hour power reserve, decorated with a Doxa-branded rotor. The domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating is one of the watch's standout details, giving it the visual depth and curvature of vintage plexiglass while offering the durability of modern sapphire. The unidirectional rotating bezel carries a sapphire inlay in matching blue, with Super-LumiNova on the dive scale. Water resistance is rated to 200 metres. The watch is presented on a 316L stainless steel beads-of-rice bracelet with a folding clasp bearing the iconic Doxa fish symbol.
