When the brand teamed up with Kelly Slater — 11-time World Surf League champion and widely considered the greatest surfer of all time — the result was a Superocean with a clear personal story behind it. Limited to 1,000 numbered pieces, the colour scheme was chosen by Slater himself, directly inspired by a watch his father wore while surfing.

The orange dial carries broad luminescent hands and oversized Super-LumiNova hour markers for exceptional underwater readability, with a central seconds hand finished with a small circle at its tip — a nod to the original 1960s SuperOcean Slow Motion chronograph. A date window sits at three o'clock. At its heart beats the Breitling Calibre 17, COSC-certified. The convex sapphire crystal is glareproofed on both sides. The unidirectional ratcheted bezel carries a scratch-resistant black ceramic insert. Water resistance is rated to 300 metres. The watch is presented on an rubber strap with Breitling's ratcheting stainless steel folding clasp.
